So often, so hard, so long .

Battering my brain,
Scorching my soul - this:
Subsisting...
“Success” -
That "Media"-driven dream -
Ever eluding us all.
Now I see you,
Now I do not.
Do you see me,
Will - o’- the wisp ?

Yeah, it is such a fleeting thing, that dream. I gotta keep reminding myself that the state of developing and maintaining relationships and living with abiding, unconditional love has eternal value and in so doing draw those riches into sharp contrast against the state of being able to afford material stuff.
